Project Overview
This project was an old school converted into a Community Centre & Health Clinic. This clinic consisted of a Dental office space, Doctors offices, Kitchen and various office spaces. This project included all interior and exterior structural wall work. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and concrete cutting were all included in the scope of work.

About the Client
Rexdale Community Hub is a multi-service facility that brings together health, social, and community support programs under one roof to serve the diverse needs of Toronto’s Rexdale neighborhood. Housed in a repurposed former school, the Hub includes medical clinics, dental offices, shared kitchens, and community meeting spaces. Its mission is to create a central, accessible location where residents can connect with essential services and programming that promote health, inclusion, and opportunity.
