Project Overview

Renovation to upgrade an existing house. Scope of work was inclusive but not limited to demolition of existing East & South exterior walls, basement alterations, new framing for deck and walls throughout the first and second floor including a new roof. Reconstruction of the garage, landscape improvements, and new precast concrete steps and porch and replacement of wood stairs and deck. Interior improvements included finishes for 4 bedrooms, family room, kitchen and dining area, 4.5 bathrooms, a gym and recreational room. New millwork for the kitchen, bathrooms, closets throughout. Mechanical work included floor heating for for all 3 floors, new ductwork and HVAC equipment throughout. New plumbing piping and fixtures. Electrical amp upgrades, new wiring, lighting packages and new fixtures.
