Project Overview

This project entails the construction of a new 4-story, 20-unit building from the ground up. The construction will encompass various essential components including CMC foundation, wood framing, and brick masonry. Additionally, our scope of services includes the installation of all-new Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, comprising sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety infrastructure. Moreover, the project involves the installation of a LULA (Limited Use Limited Application) elevator to ensure accessibility across all floors. Lastly, our services extend to encompassing all applicable finishes, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality final product.

About the Client

Native Men’s Residence (Na-Me-Res) is a vital Toronto-based not-for-profit organization that provides culturally sensitive emergency shelter, transitional housing, and long-term independent living for Indigenous men. Guided by Indigenous traditions and values, Na-Me-Res supports residents on their healing journeys while promoting self-sufficiency and community connection.
